AI-generated content

Video, image and voice produced with AI and directed by people. The volume social media demands, without your brand ending up looking like a stock photo library.

The volume problem

Publishing consistently is what keeps a brand alive on social, and it’s also the first thing that collapses when the business gets busy. Producing content costs time and money, and the piece with the worst return is exactly the one you need most: the fifteenth of the month.

That’s where AI changes the arithmetic. Not by replacing good production, but by making everything else possible: the variations, the backgrounds, the tests, the connective content that still has to look right.

What we produce

  • Generated video: short social pieces, variations on a single ad, and conceptual content that would be impractical to shoot.
  • Image and art direction: backgrounds, environments, textures and compositions consistent with your brand.
  • Synthetic voice: voiceover in English and Spanish for pieces where a human read doesn’t justify the cost.
  • Extension and reframing: getting more use out of footage you already own, in formats it didn’t fit.
  • Coherent series: sets of pieces that look like the same brand because they share rules, not because they were made the same afternoon.

How we work

  1. Visual rules first. Palette, lighting, framing, what’s allowed and what isn’t. Without this, generating content produces noise with your logo on it.
  2. Generate in excess. Many options, knowing most will be discarded.
  3. Filter with human judgment. This is where the actual value sits: recognising what’s wrong with an image that is technically correct.
  4. Fix by hand whatever nearly works — colour, crops, typography, the details AI handles badly.
  5. Deliver in the formats you’re publishing in, ready to use.

Where we draw the line

We don’t generate people posing as real customers giving testimonials, and we don’t generate images of premises or staff that don’t exist. This isn’t only an ethical position: if a customer arrives expecting something they won’t find, that problem comes back to you amplified.

AI is for what surrounds the product. What the customer will actually receive gets shown for real.

When a project needs frame-level control over brand animation, that’s motion graphics. And if all this content needs somewhere to live, we build that under web design.

Frequently asked questions

Can people tell it was made with AI?

When it’s done badly, very much so, and it hurts more than it helps. Audiences now spot a generic AI stock image from a long way off.

Our job is specifically that it doesn’t read that way: art direction defined before anything is generated, manual correction of the results, and discarding everything that looks off. For every ten things generated, we publish one.

Is it cheaper than traditional production?

At volume, yes, significantly. Producing thirty variations of an ad to find out which one performs is feasible with AI and impractical with a shoot.

For a single high-impact piece the gap narrows, because the time goes into direction and refinement rather than generation. AI makes quantity cheap, not necessarily excellence.

Can I use this content commercially?

We work with tools whose terms permit commercial use, and we tell you which ones were used on your project. This area moves quickly, so we document what was used and when.

If your industry has specific legal requirements around synthetic content, tell us at the start — it determines which tools we can use.

Does it replace a photographer or an actor?

For product shots on neutral grounds, backgrounds, textures and abstract concepts, often yes, and often better. For showing your premises, your team or your actual product, no — people want to see what they’re going to get.

The sensible approach is mixed. Real photography of what’s yours, AI for everything that surrounds and frames it. When somebody tries to replace all of it, it shows, and it costs trust.

How many pieces do you need a month?

Tell us the volume and the channel. We’ll tell you which part makes sense to produce with AI and which part you shouldn’t touch.
