This policy explains how NxtCi ("we", "us") handles information submitted through our website, including the project brief form at nxtci.com/brief, and how our internal automation (built on n8n) processes that information.

Information we collect

When you fill out the brief form, we collect the contact details and project information you provide directly: name, role, company, email, phone number, selected services, and your answers to the brand questionnaire.

How we use it

To review your project brief and prepare for our first conversation with you.
To store your submission in our internal records (a private Google Sheet) for reference during the project.
To notify our team by email when a new brief is submitted.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it to train third-party AI models.

How it's processed

Form submissions are sent directly to our own automation workflow (self-hosted n8n) via a secure webhook, which writes the data to a private Google Sheet and sends an email notification to our team's mailbox. No data is shared with advertising networks or unrelated third parties.

Data retention

We keep brief submissions for as long as reasonably needed to evaluate and deliver the related project, or until you ask us to delete them.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information you submitted at any time by contacting us at the email below.
